What we store
For each employee: a name, a sign-in (email or phone), a password stored only as a one-way hash, and the times at which the work day was started and finished, together with sick-day and vacation marks.
Who sees it
An employee sees their own records. The administrators of their organisation see the records of that organisation's employees. Nobody outside the organisation sees them, except the service operator when supporting the organisation.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it is kept
Data is stored with our hosting provider and is not sold or shared for marketing.
Deleting data
An organisation can ask us to delete its workspace and everything in it. An employee should address requests about their records to their employer first.
